The greatest investment!

I just called my stock broker and got out of the market. Interesting... Stock BROKER.

There are alot of people feeling broke that's for sure. Wish I got the BROKE  R U clue before now.  

I'm going back to what's tried and true which in my humble opinion, the best investments are in people. When I went down to talk with my local bank manager he shared with me that in the past ten years the local bank mortgage loans were lost to the big mortgage institutions that were offering to good to be true loans. As a local bank they work with their clients to help them stay in the home and in good standing. They build a relationship with their customer. With the bigger banks we're just a number. That's why investing in relationships, networks and staying within my community makes the most sense to me. I've paid off my home and cars and have zero debt. I'm investing in my home and my business. I will continue to grow by building relationships. This spring my goal is to walk around my neighborhood and introduce my self and services.
