Storied into the body.

Dr. Bernie Siegel say’s that our lives are stored into our bodies. The result of this can be the manifestation of disease and discomfort. It can also be said that our live are storied (story) into our bodies.

It is clear to see this in the sad expressions and deep lines of someone that has experienced a hard life filled with sadness or despair. I wonder if we real eyes just how much the story’s we tell ourselves become imprinted into our bodies energetic field and from that our lives un fold and become a self fulfilled prophecy. I believe from moment to moment we can re-write and re-invent our lives. Turn our Scars to Stars. I’ve also seen that those who have felt deeply and have had difficult lives can be the Stars that burn the brightest.
