This program is designed to teach you how to rebuild the body's health by utilizing and understanding the basic premise of the Living Food Lifestyle. Natural, uncooked, and unprocessed food provides all of the living food enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids necessary to nourish, protect, and defend our body's internal and external well-being.
This will be a full day of hands on learning and experience. The day will include:
Living Foods 101 Class with Glen Colello
Food Prep Class with Lisa Storch
Blue Berry Picking at a Local Organic Farm
Power Up With Minerals: Stephen and Gina Law on Irish Moss, Greens and Cacao
Spring Water Education with Steven Munn
Program includes lunch and an optional evening Live Foods Dinner and Campfire
