Shannon and I will be back in CT at the end of March. We are
returning from our winter break and plan to open our 2010 season at ClearPoint
with an exciting Kirtan concert and party. We have both made a commitment to what
has been tried and true for us when it comes to our overall health and
vitality. This includes lots of physical movement like biking, running, swimming
and sports, a discipline of Meditation, Emotional Processing, Nutritional
Cleansing and Conscious Eating. We are continuing with our commitment to
support local business, Arts, farming and community with events that open the heart. Please join us this year for one of our ClearPoint events. Thank-you!
Shannon and I will be heading to Beaufort, SC for our annual winter
break. We are especially looking forward to being with family and a RV
trip from Beaufort to Arizona for an Isagenix Conference. On our return
from Arizona we will take some time and travel the South West. We will
open ClearPoint back up in March 2010. I hope everyone that reads this
has a wonderful winter season!
I've been enthralled recently with people that live long healthy lives. My big ah ha is that they take thier time, even with dying. I'm working on modeling thier lives here at ClearPoint. We are so fortunate to be close to some amazing locally grown foods and are building a wonderful community of friends and family. It seems that I also need to take more long walks and do more things that I enjoy for movement. Here is a great website that I've been following. www.bluezones.com
I feel that our country is on the verge of loosing
everything that our founders fought for. Big government is not going to solve
our problems. Especially since Government create problems were none exists through interference (enter fear) with free markets and people. It’s like thinking the drug companies are going to cure sickness
Dr. Bernie Siegel
say’s that our lives are stored into our bodies. The result of this can be the
manifestation of disease and discomfort. It can also be said that our live are
storied (story) into our bodies.
